Severus Snape: A Hidden Valiant Kindness

"I can teach you how to bewitch the mind and ensnare the senses.
I can tell you how to bottle fame, brew glory, and even put a stopper in death"

Snape probably is the most unwanted headmaster of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry; he killed Dumbledore, he helped Death-Eaters came into Hogwarts, he is the reason for George loosing his ear, he divulge Harry's departure to you-know-who.

Snape always seems to be the bad guy. But behind those all things, he is the bravest man on earth. Risking his life to be a double agent between Dumbledore and Voldemort, but no one knows that Snape is and will always be on the good side. Pretending to be faithful to Voldemort, Snape helps Dumbledore and even Harry to stop him by telling every information, every nasty evil plan Voldemort arrange. He is so briliant that Voldemort never realize that Snape destroys him by being faithful to him. It is so dangerous to Snape to do this kind of job. No one, i assume, will do the same thing as Snape done. No one will be brave enough to risk their life to protect a child from the women they love that never even be theirs. Just imagine how if Voldemort knew Snape is helping young Harry to destroy him. Lily's gone, but Snape always keep his promise to Dumbledore; protecting Lily's son.

In the first year of Harry being in Hogwarts, Snape was trying to protect the philosopher's stone from Quirrell; he prevents the dark lord of getting an elixir of life from it. He saved Harry when Quirrell tried to kill Harry on his first Quidditch match, Hermione thought Snape cursed Harry's broom, but he was actualy trying to save Harry by lifting the counter-curse.

He became headmaster of Hogwarts to make sure that all students save. He killed Dumbledore on Dumbledore's own request; because he knew he was poisoned by the ring and he now Voldemort will ask Draco to kill him, he doesn't want to ruin Draco's soul by letting him kill, but he didn't want to die on death-eaters' hand so he asked Snape so that Snape will get Voldemort's full reliance. He wanted to curse a death-eater's hand who wanted to curse Lupin but he missed and hit George's ear. He divulge Harry's departure from Harry's uncle's house to make sure that he got Voldemort's reliance by telling the truth, but he still helped Harry by suggesting the "seven Harrys" through Mundungus Fletcher that told the Auror the idea was from him, not Snape, under confundus charm.

Then again, Snape is a real man; a hidden valiant kindness.
